Terms of Sale

All prices listed are priced as "cash with order". Cash means a company check, money order, bank draft or VISA/Master Card/Discover/ American Express. Cash may be speedily transferred by bank wire transfer, call for details. Check may delay shipment 14 days for bank clearing time.


SHIPPING:
All pricing is FOB point of shipment. Merchandise under 100 pounds will usually ship by UPS. Over 70 pounds may be shipped by truck. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. There is one C.O.D. charge per box shipped. The customer must inspect all shipments for damage and is responsible for making claims to the shipper. The minimum shipping charge is $10.00. Air freight, bus and U.S. mail may be requested.

DELIVERY:
Incense Crazy. will make all reasonable efforts to make quick deliveries. Merchandise in stock will usually ship within 48 hours of order receipt. Some items shown in this catalog may not be in stock at time of order and stock is shipped on a "First come, first serve" basis. Back ordered merchandise may take up to two to four weeks for delivery.

REFUNDS:
Refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise. This request or refund will only be honored after a written delivery deadline has passed. If no delivery deadline has been received, the request must be made a minimum of 45 days after order receipt.

SATISFACTION POLICY:

Merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt without restocking charge, if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. . Returned merchandise may be exchanged for credit against future purchases. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: FIRST 30 DAY EXPRESS TURNAROUND:
We will, at our option, repair or replace defective merchandise within 14 working days of receipt. If it will take longer, we will, at the customer's request, lend similar merchandise to the customer until repairs or replacement can be completed.

AFTER 30 DAYS:
Incense Crazy. will do warranty and non-warranty work on many of the brands it sells. Please call first to see if you will be more quickly served by us or the manufacturer.


RETURN PROCEDURES:

Any merchandise returned to Incense Crazy. must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us or email for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call.
